SHIPPING

 

1. What shipping methods do you use?

We ship with the US Postal Service and United Parcel Service.

2. How fast do you ship?
The speed of the shipment depends on you shipping selection. We can ship Next Day Air or we can ship Ground or USPS Parcel Post.

3. When is my order processed?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days. Because we manufacture all of our products, it is very rare for your order to be backordered for more than  2 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

1. How Do You Ship To International Destinations?
Our default shipping method to destinations outside the continental USA is thru UPS International Express. This service is fast, reliable and trackable. After 7 years, we have yet to lose a shipment thru UPS.

2. What About Customs, Import Duties & Fees ?
Generally when we drop ship small quantities for personal consumption to your international customers, the customs duties on the customer's end is really minimal (sometimes less than $2.00.) However, when we ship in case quantities to International resellers, the customs duties can range anything from 25c (US) to $1.00 (USD) per bottle. If you are an International reseller, please contact your local customs office for more accurate fees.

FULFILLMENT/DROP SHIPPING

1. How Does Your Drop Ship Program Work?
Drop shipping is where you sell our products and forward the orders to us. We will then ship your orders to your buyers, as if the order was shipped from you. You make the money on the difference, between your selling price and our drop ship price.

Your customers will receive PowerNutra products directly from our factory with your name printed on the shipping label. 

2. Are There Any Fees To Register For Your Drop Ship Program?
No. Unlike the many so-called drop ship programs that require  huge upfront fees, there are no up front investments you need to get started. Our drop ship program is available to all registered PowerNutra resellers.

3. Do you drop ship to International destinations outside the continental USA?
Yes, we do. However, there is a minimum product order of $25 required for International drop shipping.

4. How Do You Ship My Drop Ship Orders?
Drop-shipments are shipped via standard UPS Ground (US ORDERS) or USPS International Express (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS).

MINIMUM SALES PRICE

1. Do Your Products Carry A Minimum Sales Price?
Yes. Our products carry an FRP (Full Retail Price) and a PRP (Promotional Retail Price). You may not sell our products for more than the FRP and not less than the PRP. Our reseller agreement is very clear about the consequences of any violations of our minimum sales price policy.

2. Why Do You Have This Minimum Sales Price Rule?
The integrity and perceived value of our products are very important to us, and to our hundreds of  valuable resellers across the world. We will NOT compromise the inherent value and quality of our products  by allowing our products to be sold for less than our set PRP (Promotional Retail Price).

You can imprint your own business identity (name, address, phone, fax, website, auction user ID) on the PowerNutra Catalog, eBrochures and eCatalogs. The eCatalogs and eBrochures can be downloaded from our Power Business Center. You should always include an imprinted catalog or brochure with every order that you ship. This is vital for repeat sales.
